摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect application of clinical nursing path with health education for hypertension.Method:80 cases were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group were used implementation of the clinical pathway with health education,the control group were used implemented routine care,such as:psychological care,drug knowledge guidance,discharge medication guidance,then the compliance and discharged blood pressure control were compared with the two groups.Result:In the observation group,regular medication,diet,smoking abstinence and proper motion rates were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and mean arterial pressure were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical path implement health education for patients with elderly hypertension can coordinate the nurse-patient relationship,so it can effectively improve the treatment effect.关键词
