Abstract
Objective:To study the diagnosis value of 99mTc-MIBI SPECT imaging for the lumps of breast.Method:There were 28 patients of the breast lumps which were done by 99mTc-MIBI SPECT imaging. The tumor/non-tumor(T/NT)was calculated. Comparing the result of pathology,the diagnosis accuracy rate of MIBI was calculated too.Result:There was 21 cases of malignant tumor in the study and the diagnosis positive rate was 85.7%(19/21) and the T/NT value was(1.42±0.57). There was 17 cases of benign disease in the study and the specificity rate was 85.7%(1/7),the T/NT value was(1.23±0.37). The total accuracy rate of MIBI was 89.3%(25/28)and there was statistical significant difference of the T/NT value between malignant and benign of breast lumps. Conclusion:It is a good way of 99mTc-MIBI imaging for differentially diagnosing benign and malignant lumps in the breast.关键词
