Treatment Experience of 100 Cases of Intrahepatic Cholestasis Syndrome
目的：对100例妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积综合征（ICP）的治疗体会进行探讨。方法：选取本院2008年1月-2011年1月所收治的100例妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积综合征患者作为研究对象，所有疑似ICP孕妇入院后晨7：30~9：00空腹抽血查肝功能及胆汁酸指标。诊断为ICP孕妇采用中西医综合治疗。结果：本组100例患者在治疗后AST、ALT、DB、TB、CG等生化指标均比治疗前大幅度降低，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）。，治疗前瘙痒评分为（2.50…查看全部>>
