摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of ulinastatin combined with edaravonen in patients with post-cardiac arrest syndromes . Method:96 patients with post-cardiac arrest syndromes were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. All patients were treated with routine methods. Sulinastatin(200000 Units intravenously twice a day for 7 days)and edaravonen(30 mg intravenous drip twice a day for 7 days)were used to the patients in the treatment group. The glasgow Coma Scale(GCS),length of stay in ICU ,the survival rates of 28 days ,length of ventilatory support were compared between two groups. Result:GCS at 7 day after treament had significantly diferences in the two groups.Mortality was lower,length of stayin ICUl,length of ventilatory support were less or lower in treatment group T than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:ulinastatin combined with edaravonen can decrease the death rate and improve prognosis on post-cardiac arrest syndromes.关键词
