Abstract
Objective:To investigate the Lung circulation change emergency aid for acute respiratory syndrome patients by lung contusion. Method:The 22 cases with acute respiratory syndrome patients by lung contusion were selected as observation group from our hospital that had treatment during Jan.2009 to Sept.2012,Control group was composed of 20 cases who had no lung contusion,no ARDS,either. The clinical datas of two groups were retrospectively analyzed.Result:About the index of PAD,PAWP,PAD-PAWP of the two groups ,there was a significant difference during the time from started insert the catheter to 1 day,while after 1 day,the indexes became weakening,after 2 days there was no significant difference;But the index of ELWI showed insignificant difference during time from started insert the catheter to a whole and half day,after 2 days,there was a significant difference. Conclusion:We should take the suitable method according to each index for each emergency treatment step for acute respiratory distress syndrome patients by lung contusion .It will be a significant value to improve the success rate for emergency aid.关键词
