摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore against severe preeclampsia perioperative using the goal orientation liquid the clinical effect of treatment. Method:Will be our hospital from June 2011 to July 2012 between 100 cases of severe preeclampsia patients,who were given treatment,divided into conventional treatment of conventional group and join the target orientation of liquid liquid treatment group of two groups of the fifty patients. The two groups were observed and neonatal complications related situation,the fetal Apgar score situation. Result:Liquid groups were significantly superior to the complications arise only with conventional treatment group patients(P<0.05). Liquid treatment group patients with neonatal growth limited number was less than that of conventional treatment group(P<0.05). Liquid group of neonatal weight was higher than pure conventional treatment group newborns (P<0.05). Liquid group Apgar score was more than seven points fetus fetus significantly more than conventional treatment group in the fetus. Conclusion:Severe preeclampsia patients using the goal orientation liquid treatment can effectively patients complications,the fetus has positive significance.关键词
