摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of oral administration of glucosamine hydrochloride combined with sodium hyaluronate for knee joint osteoarthritis .Method:78 patients with knee joint osteoarthritis were randomly divided in to group A and group B. In group A patients were treated with glucosamine hydrochloride combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate(25 mg/week for five weeks).In group B patients were treated with glucosamine hydrochloride. Therapeutic effect were evaluated. Result:Group A showed better efficacy than group B(P<0.05). Conclusion:The efficacy of oral administration of glucosamine hydrochloride combined with sodium hyaluronate for knee joint osteoarthritis has good efficacy. no obvious bad effect,is a safe and effective technique.关键词
