Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of hysteroscopy in the diagnosis of endometrium cancer and atypical hyperplasia. Method:160 patients with endometrial lesions were chosen,they were randomly divided into obser-vation group and control group,each group included 80 patients,patients in the observation group were examined with hysteroscopy,and patients in the control group choose diagnostic curettage. Result:The overall diagnostic coincidence rate of the patients in observation group was 95.0%,It was significantly higher than that of the control group 80.0%,There was significant difference between them(X2=6.3361,P=0.0223);The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the hysteroscopic diagnosis of endometrial lesions were 94.8%,86.8%and 95.0%,and 78.1%,74.3%and 80.0%for the diagnostic curettage,there were statistically significant between them (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of endometrial lesions,hysteroscopy has high sensitivity,specificity and accuracy,and has high clinical value.关键词
