Abstract
Objective:To compare and analyzed the effect of the pros and cons of high quality care and routine care in the treatment of cataract phacoemulsification. Method:120 patients in our hospital with the phacoemulsification treatment from January 2010 to January 2012 were chosen as the research object. According to the random number table,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,and 60 cases in each control group. The control group was taken with conventional methods of care for their perioperative care,and the observation group was taken with quality care. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Result:The treatment compliance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the hospital stay was significantly shorter than the control group,the incidence of complications was significantly lower than the control group,patient care satisfaction rate was significantly higher in patients with the above-mentioned group of indicators comparisons,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:High-quality care can significantly improve the patient’s mental state,improve patient compliance, enhance the phacoemulsification cataract quality,reduce the patient’s length of stay and complication rates,and it is of high clinical value.关键词
