Abstract
Objective:To comparative and analyse the treatment and nursing effect of contrast of fecal ileus cured by two kinds of enema method. Method:70 patients with fecal ileus were selected from February 2010 to February 2013,and cured by mixture of physiological saline injection with hydrogen peroxide solution and glycerine and warm saline respectively ,and took appropriate care at the same time,then compared the basic effect of the two groups after treatment and nursing.Result:The total effective rate of enema of the observing group was 92.5%,the significant effective rate was 70.0%;while the total effective rate of enema of the observing group was 76.7%,the significant effective rate was 53.4%;there were no significant differences in adverse circumstances of the two groups;the basic effect of the observation group was more ideal(P<0.05).Conclusion:The fecal ileus cured by mixture of physiological saline injection with hydrogen peroxide solution and glycerine,and strengthen the nursing meanwhile has more prominent effect compared with traditional enema way,safe and reliable,the clinical can promote widely.关键词
