Abstract
Objective:To explore the methods and results with PDCA cycle in the training of junior nurses in emergency department. Method:PDCA cycle was introduced in the training of junior nurses in emergency department,through the plan(Plan),(Do)implementation,examination (Cheek),processing(Action)implementation of the specific measures,for training and testing for junior nurses.Result:The experimental group was training with PDCA cycle management of emergency department nurses,in theory,first aid nursing technical operation,nursing skills,patient and physician satisfaction respectively compared with the control group,significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The PDCA cycle management method is applied in the training of junior nurses in emergency department,effectively improve the junior nurses professional knowledge,skills and ability of nursing work,improve the quality and safety of nursing.关键词
