Abstract
Objective:To discuss clinical therapeutic effect of 3 kinds of inferior oblique muscle transposition surgery treatment of dissociated vertical strabismus patient,improve the clinical efficacy and quality of life.Method:This paper review clinical grouping research on dissociated vertical deviation patient,simple inferior oblique muscle transposition operation for group A,inferior oblique muscle amputation joint translocation operation for group B,inferior oblique muscle amputation joint translocation operation and former Resettlement surgery for C.3 groups of patients in the conventional local anesthesia,were treated with different surgical methods.After for the patients with vertical slope and inferior oblique muscle hyperfunction improvement of inspection.Follow-up of six months,inspection results were statistically analyzed.Result:The A,B,C groups dissociated vertical strabismus patients after treatment,the total efficiency were 88.46%,89.47%,93.33%,the efficacy of the 3 groups of patients were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Comparative.Conclusion:For dissociated vertical strabismus patients for clinical surgery treatment,The surgical method should be chosen according to the actual situation of patients,in order to achieve a more effective treatment,improve the life quality of the patients.关键词
