临床路径在人工髋关节置换患者健康教育中的效果观察
Effectiveness of Clinical Pathway on the Hip Arthroplasty Patients with Health Education

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of clinical pathway on the hip arthroplasty patients with health education. Method:80 patients with hip arthroplasty were randomly divided into the control group and the observational group(40 cases in each group). Routine health education was carried out for control group,and clinical pathway health education was administrated for observational group.Clinical pathway health education should be differently administered under different stages.Result:The knowing rates of health education,mastery of self-nursing skill and satisfactions for nursing work were compared between the control group and the observational group,there were significant differences in two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical pathway health education is carried out on hip arthroplasty patients,which can promote rehabilitation,advance nurse - patient relationship,improve patient’s satisfaction,optimize nurse staffing and enhance service quality.关键词
