摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the postmenopausal women out of the coil method,compare the effect of compatibility misoprostol,mifepristone vagina with premarin ointment used for postmenopause ring intraoperative.Method:A total of 87 cases for postmenopause ring intraoperative nearly 7 years were analyzed retrospectively,they were divided into three groups,the group A was 32 cases,oral mifepristone 50 mg twice a day,a total of 2 d,3 days from rice suo forefront alcohol 400 μg plug vagina;the group B was 32 cases,vaginal coating,combined with the premarin ointment 2 g,once a day, a total of 10 d,the control group was 25 cases,preoperative without processing. The situation and success rate of surgery when you pick up the ring was compared among the three groups.Result:The cervical dilation,operative time,intraoperative blood loss,surgical success rate,duration of postoperative abdominal pain in group A compared with other two groups,had the significant difference(P<0.05). The group B was compared with the controu group, had the significant difference(P<0.05),but the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,duration of postoperative abdominal pain had no difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:Mifepristone combined with misoprostol for postmenopause ring intraoperative is safe,effective and high success rate,small side effects,it is worthy of promotion. Coating premarin ointment in postmenopause ring intraoperative also have certain curative effect.关键词
