髋关节置换术后股骨假体周围骨折治疗效果分析
Analysis Hip Replacement Periprosthetic Fractures of Femur after Treatment Effect

Abstract
Objective:To discuss therapeutic effect of around the femoral prosthesis fracture after hip replacement.Method:To choose 54cases of patients hip in patients with femoral fracture around the prosthesis,according to random number table method divided into observation group and control group,the observation group and routine locking plate internal fixation treatment,control group and regular shape memory alloy embracing internal fixation treatment. Result:The two groups of patients were followed up for 9-22 months in after treatment,the observation group fracture healing time was 9-22 months,the weight recovery time of the affected limb 4-7.8 months,hip score(84.67±8.96),and control group with fracture healing time was 12-24 months,the weight recovery time of the affected limb 6-10.5 months hip score(72.12±8.78),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The hip arthroplasty give to patients locking plate fixation of periprosthetic femoral fractures significant postoperative hip score better than the alloy shape memory embracing fixed,is worthy to carry out the promotion of clinical application.关键词
