Comparison Study on the Mental Function and Physiologic Function of Patients with Severe Burn after Cure in Shenzhen Area

Abstract
Objective:To study and compare the mental function and physiologic function of patients with severe burn after cure at different ages in Shenzhen area. Method:120 patients with severe burn after cure in Shenzhen area from January 2009 to August 2010 were selected as research object, and they were divided into group A(3 to 12 years old group)20 cases,group B(13 to 25 years old group)30 cases,group C(26 to 45 years old group)50 cases and group D( ≥ 46 years old group)20 cases,then the four groups were evaluated with SCL-90 score and Zung self-rating score, then all the patients were taken care with targeted intervention,and the evaluation results before and after the intervention at first week were compared. Result:The SCL-90 score and Zung self-rating score of group C were worse than those of group A,group B and group D,those indexes of four groups after the intervention were all separately better than those before the intervention,there were all significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The mental function and physiologic function of patients with severe burn after cure at different ages in Shenzhen area have obvious differences,and the targeted intervention can effectively improve the bad mental function and physiologic function of patients.关键词
