泮托拉唑联合生长抑素治疗急性上消化道出血效果探究
The Clinical Effects of Pantoprazole Combined with Somatostatin in the Treatment of Acute Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effects of pantoprazole combined with somatostatin in the treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Method:84 acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients were divided into control group and treatment group,42 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with pantoprazole,and the patients in the treatment group were treated with pantoprazole combined with somatostatin.Result:The clinical effects of the treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group;the time of successful hemostasis and hospitalization of the treatment group were significantly less than that of the control group.Further more,the combined treatment group had less incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate.Conclusion:The combination of somatostatin and pantoprazole has significant clinical effects in the treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.关键词
