Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of pregnancies after cesarean section selection on neonatal outcomes. Method:A retrospective analysis of 2010 June -2011 year in December,the clinical data of 84 cases of pregnant women with pregnancy after cesarean section in our hospital,according to the different modes of delivery were selected 84 pregnant women were randomly divided into two groups,42 cases of vaginal delivery,cesarean section 42 cases. Birth outcomes and neonatal outcomes were compared between the two groups of pregnant women. Result:After treatment,symptoms of pregnant women postpartum vaginal delivery group was significantly lower than the incidence of cesarean section group,the difference between the two groups was significant,with statistical significance(P<0.05),but no significant difference was found between the two groups of pregnant women after delivery, neonatal outcome,no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The absolute mean pregnancy after cesarean section is not a caesarean operation syndrome,with no property operation indications of pregnant women to produce an opportunity.关键词
