Abstract
Objective:To investigate the over-application of low-temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization in the central sterile supply. Method:Randomly selected 80 sterilization package,which were divided equally into two groups,40 in each group,labeled A,B group.A group was treated with low temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization disinfection,the B group was given the traditional low temperature sterilization processing,comparing the effect of hydrogen peroxide,such as low-temperature plasma sterilizer with conventional low-temperature sterilization sterilization. Result:A group of sterilization efficiency was 95.0%,group B sterilization efficiency was 62.5%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Over the hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma sterilizer items remain sterile long-term,safe and effective,a variety of precision,the valuables without high-temperature equipment and items successfully used in surgery,the security of the operation and prevention of nosocomial infectionsplay the role of escort.关键词
