The Application Value and Role of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention for Hip Arthroplasty and the Prevention of Postoperative Complications

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention for hip arthroplasty and the effect on prevention of complications. Method:68 cases of patients for hip arthroplasty were randomly divided into two groups,one is observation group recieved comprehensive nursing,the other is controlled group recieed conventional care.The efficacy of nursing care and the prognosis of these two groups were observed.Result:The complication incidence of the observation group was 5.9%,the average hospital stay was(28.2±1.4)d,the complication incidence of the control group was 14.7%,the average hospitalization time was(41.9±1.5)d,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05);Over 1 year of follow-up,Harris score of the observation group was(94.2±1.3),Harris score of the control group was(82.5±1.6),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing can significantly improve the nursing efficacy and reduce the incidence of complications,it has important application value in the care of the hip arthroplasty.关键词
