Abstract
Objective:To investigate the situation of syphilis infection in Nanjing City STD clinic patients. Method:The collection of Nanjing City STD clinic patients blood samples of 2255,while RPR and TPPA test for syphilis. Result:The STD clinic patients three years a total of 2255 copies,266 copies of syphilis antibody positive,the positive rate was 11.80%. The average positive rate was 10.05% in male( 134/1333 ),the average positive rate of female was 14.32%( 132/922 ),no significant difference. Syphilis in patients with RPR negative and TPPA positive accounted for 22.93%. Conclusion:Syphilis patients negative for RPR and TPPA for early syphilis positive proportion increases,should cause height to take seriously.关键词
