摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of MRI in the diagnosis of pachygyria and associated abnormalities in Uyghur.Method:16 cases of pachygyria in Uyghur the MRI data were analyzed retrospectively,the value of MRI was explored.Result:MRI showed:enlarged cerebral gyrus,with thick cortex,but the surface of cortex was smooth,cerebral medulla became thin.There were general pachygyria in 11 cases and local pachygyria 5 cases. Accompanying abnormalities were found in 10 cases,include communicating hydrocephalus(4 cases),schizencephaly(3 cases),leukodystrophy(3 cases),dandy-walker malformation(2 case),dysplasia of corpus callosum(1 case),gray matter translocation(1 case),arachnoid cyst(3 cases). Conclusion:MRI has the higher value in the finding of pachygyria deformity and its associated abnormalities.关键词
