Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect and safety of the acetaminophen oxycodone in the treatment of advanced cancer pain.Method:39 patients were randomly divided into acetaminophen oxycodone group(group A)and tramadol group(group B).These patients were given acetaminophen oxycodone one tablet three times each day for 15 days of continuous use.The patients of the group B were given hydrochloride tramadol one tablet three times each day for 15 days of continuous use.We observed the degree of pain relief,improvement of quality of life status and the occurrence of adverse reaction. Result:They were able to relieve pain,improve the quality of life of patients,and less adverse reaction.But the effect of acetaminophen oxycodone was better than hydrochloride tramadol.Conclusion:Acetaminophen oxycodone is a better treatment of tumor pain,and use simple,convenient,high safety, less adverse reaction,after medication can alleviate symptoms,it is a drug which improve patients significantly.关键词
