摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the multi domperidone mitigation and improve the efficacy of the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic gastritis,and provide the basis for clinical application.Method:Selected 80 cases of patients with chronic gastritis in our hospital gastroenterology were randomly divided into two groups,each group had 40 cases.Two groups adopted different treatment,the control group were treated with famotidine,the observation group were treated with domperidone comparative analysis the treatment efficacy of two groups.Result:Two weeks after treatment,the control group total effective rate was 77.50%,the observation group total effective rate was 95.00%,compared the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);total symptom score in the two groups of patients before and after treatment,treatment one week and after two weeks and before treatment compared to the total score were statistically significant(P<0.05),compared to the observation group and the control group also statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Domperidone can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic gastritis,its mechanism may be related to gastric motion coordination,promote gastric emptying,it plays an important role in improving the quality of life of patients and guide clinical treatment.关键词
