Abstract
Objective:To compare the long-term effects between PPH and Milligan-Morgan Hemorrhoidectomy.Method:The patients with severe hemorrhoids were divided into treatment group and control group randomly from January 2005 to December 2006.Treatment group(42 cases)was treated with PPH.Control group(40 cases)was treated with Milligan-Morgan Hemorrhoidectomy.And the long-term effects were analyzed and compared.Result:The rate of anal bulge which one of complications in 60 months of observation data was statistically significant(P<0.05).The other indexes including total recurrence rate,complication rate,patients satisfaction were no significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion:The anal bulge rate of severe hemorrhoids long-term complications which treated with PPH is higher than which teated with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy.The other long-term effect has no diffenence.关键词
