摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the gastrointestinal stromal tumor with 16-slice spiral CT scan Imaging.Method:Retrospectively analysied 25 cases which confirmed by pathology of gastrointestinal stromal tumor:spiral CT manifestations.Result:25 cases of gastrointestinal stromal tumors(gists) main CT performance:to gastrointestinal cavity internal and external growth or cross gastrointestinal wall growth swollen,soft tissue mass density uniform or hybrid.After enhanced,benign mass density uniformity,strengthen significantly,malignant tumor,peripheral reinforcement,inner see liquefaction necrosis and pouch edge area,part of the visible ulceration.Conclusion:16 spiral CT plain scan and enhanced and can reflect the characteristics of cancer,gastrointestinal stromal tumor to the accurate positioning,and it can reflect the tumor and surrounding tissue structure relationship.关键词
