Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy analysis of MAE program for the treatment of patients with acute leukemia.Method:All patients were given the MAE program and appropriate supportive care to observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions.Result:42 patients were treated with the MAE program one or two courses ,complete remission in 25 cases(59.52%),partial remission in 8 cases(19.05%),and no relief in 9 cases(21.43%);38 cases(90.48%)in patients with bone marrow suppression in the treatment of 6-12 d,23 cases of infection(54.76%),40 cases (95.24%)patients had mild gastrointestinal reactions,no liver and kidney dysfunction,myocardial enzymes change,and no one died.Conclusion:The exact implementation of the MEA treatment options for chemotherapy has clinical effect in patients with acute leukemia,and is relatively safe,worthy of clinical application and promotion.关键词
