苯磺酸氨氯地平联合贝那普利治疗高血压的疗效分析

Abstract
Objective:To explore and analysis on the effect of hypertension treated by amlodipine besylate with benazepril.Method:Selected 112 hypertensive patients who were treated in internal medicine of our hospital from October in 2010 to September in 2012,and randomly divided them into two groups. The control group(n=56):patients were treated by oral therapy with amlodipine besylate tablets.The observation group(n=56):patients were treated by oral therapy with amlodipine besylate tablets plus benazepril.After 8-weeks continuous treatment,Curative effects the incidence rate of adverse reaction,the changes of blood pressure before and after treatment were compared between the two groups after treatment.Result:After treatment, the total efficiency of the observation group was 91.1%,the average value of blood pressure was(126±13)/(81±7)mm Hg,the incidence of adverse reaction was 3.6%;the total efficiency of the observation group was 73.2%,the average value of blood pressure was(137±14)/(92±10)mm Hg, the incidence of adverse reaction was 12.5%;made a comparison of the total efficiency of two groups,blood pressure mean value and the incidence of adverse reactions were statistically significant(P<0.05),made a comparison of the blood pressure changes before and after treatment,it was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:For the treatment of the hypertension,the therapy of amlodipine besylate with benazepril get the clinical effects the amlodipine only fail to do with relatively less adverse reaction. So the therapy of hypertension treated by amlodipine besylate with benazepril is suitable for the extensive popularization in clinical application.关键词
