摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analysis the clinical treatment effect of the Etanercept with Thalidomide used to intractable ankylosing spondylitis, providing reference data for the clinical diagnosis and treatment. Method:In June 2010 to November 2012 the clinical data of 55 cases of intractable ankylosing spondylitis patients were statistically analysed,all patients were divided into two groups:control group and experimental group.The comparison group used the willow nitrogen sulfadiazine(SASP)treatment,the experimental group took the general joint Sally degree amine treatment,The two groups were observed the c-reactive protein,peripheral joint swelling number,number of pain,chest expansion degree,pillow wall test,joint function index and erythrocyte sedimentation rate and the index. Result:The results of the comparison,compared to the willow nitrogen sulfadiazine therapy,the patients in the clinical significant efficiency and clinical relief,other each target situation after treatment were higher than those in the control group,Clinical ease time was(40.1±2.2)days,due to the control group(68.5±5.2)days,compared with control group treatments with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical use of the Etanercept with Thalidomide used to intractable ankylosing spondylitis,can effectively relieve disease,effective control of recurrence,the treatment effect is remarkable,and it is worth for spreading application.关键词
