Abstract
Objective:To explore the risk factors of coronary artery stent restenosis after stent implantation.Method:98 cases of patients who accepted coronary arteriongraphy after coronary artery stent implantation from February 2011 to February 2012 were selected as the subjects.And the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and used logistic multifactor analysis step by step.Result:The analysis showed that the occurrence of restenosis was related to the smoking status,whether suffering from diabetes,and the level of LDL-C before a second percutaneous coronary intervention.And the corresponding risk was 12.45、11.45 and 5.62,at the same time whether stents for drug-coated negative correlation,the risk was 0.02.Conclusion:The symptoms of restenosis diabetic patients is extremely easy to occur after sent implantation.In order to avoid or reduce the symptoms,we can use the stents. The key factor to avoid stent restenosis after stent implantation is to control the levels of LDL-C and quit smoking.关键词
