摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical observation and nursing measures of premature infants with apnea.Method:100 cases of preterm children with high apnea in our hospital from August 2011 to June 2012 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 patients in treatment group were given breathing,body temperature,feeding,the knee massage,prevention of infection nursing;the control group of 50 patients only received conventional therapy.compared two groups of patients the incidence and clinical manifestations.Result:The patients in the treatment group were low incidence,body bruising,hypotonia,slow heart rate,oxygen saturation,blood pressure decreased,which significantly reduced the symptoms than control group.Conclusion:The clinical value of breath,body temperature,feeding,the knee massage,infection prevention nursing method has higher apnea in premature infants.关键词
