Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinic effects and scientific effective nursing of AcrySof ReSTOR multi-focus artificial lens.Method:Summary was made about the admission education and nursing for pre,during and post operation for 11 patients with 15 problematic eyes.Examinations were made periodically about the far and near eyesights for naked eyes,corrected eyes,corneal astigmatism and the position of the artificial lens.The questionnaire form was used to investigate the comfort of seeing objects in different distance and the existence of the light dizziness and glasses-wearing rate.Result:The health education and psychological nurse in place promoted the patients’cooperation in operation and recovering.Complication was not found.Seventy-three percent of the patients had the far eyesight of 0.6 or over,ninety-three percent of the patients had the corrected far eyesight of 0.6. Sixty-seven percent and eighty percent patients had the eyesight over 0.5 for the naked and corrected eyesight respectively. Eighty percent of the patients were satisfied with the result of the operation.Conclusion:Health education goes through the whole nursing duration,therefore psychological nurse and corresponding education are important to help the patients to cooperate in different examinations and operation. AcrySof ReSTOR multi-focus artificial lens may offer excellent far and near eyesight. High-qualified operation and the accurate calculation of degrees of the artificial lens are the base for the ideal eyesight after operation.关键词
