Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy for strengthening perioperative nursing intervention for colorectal cancer patients in alleviating patients’anxiety and promoting postoperative recovery. Method:The patients with resection of colorectal cancer in our hospital in the future were randomly divided into two groups. On the basis of basic treatment,the observation group was taken with perioperative care intervention. The Zung Anxiety self-rating scale was taken,the anxiety on admission and preoperative and postoperative the two groups were compared.The differences for bowel sound recovery time,anal exhaust time,the incidence of complications and hospitalization time for the two groups were taken for statistics. Result:By strengthening the nursing intervention,the before surgery and postoperative anxiety score in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of bowel sounds,flatus,time,duration of hospitalization was significantly reduced,the complication rate also significantly reduced in the observation group,there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing intervention can effectively reduce perioperative anxiety in colorectal cancer patients,while promote postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function and reduce the incidence of complications and shorten hospital stays.关键词
