双管引流法在乳腺癌术后的应用及体会

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application and experience of double tube negative pressure drainage method after modified radical mastectomy.Method:305 cases with breast cancer received modified radical mastectomy come from Huaihe Hospital of Henan University from March 2010 to January 2012.All cases were randomized into two groups.Double-tube method group(160 cases)was given an armpit drainage tube along the leading edge of the latissimus dorsi and a parasternal draingage tube. Single-tube method group(145 cases)was only set an armpit drainage tube along the leading edge of the latissimus dorsi.The drainage volume,drainage time and the rate of subcutaneous water accumulation were observed.Result:Compared with single-tube method(10.4±2.09)d,double-tube drainage time was(8.2±1.39)d,extubation time was shortened.Compared with single-tube method,double-tube method has more total drainage volume,respectively was(470.77±23.52)ml and(442.90±26.40)ml at the same time.There were significant differences(P<0.01);the rate of subcutaneous water accumulation in double-tube method group(7/160)was lower than that in single-tube method group(15/145),there was a significant difference(P<0.05).But there were no significant differences in the events of upper limb edema and flap necrosis(P>0.05).Conclusion:Double tube drainage method has a shorter time with a pipe than single-tube drainage method,and has a more total drainage volume than the single-tube drainage method.In addition to this,double-tube drainage method is better than single-tube drainage method in preventing subcutaneous water accumulation.关键词
