摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate current situation of radiology nursing in township hospitals,improve township hospital radiology nursing management,make nursing operations and workflow standard,ensure nursing care safety and quality.Method:Using self-made radiation care survey questionnaire,directors of the department of radiology and 22 nurses in 16 township hospitals were investigated by E-mail,telephone,and field investigation,present situation of nursing care was analyzed,and put forward improvement measures.Result:There were blind zones existed in radiology nursing management in these hospitals,and shortage of specialist training,first-aid awareness,and skills.Conclusion:In order to eliminate security risk and ensure the medical care safe,nursing management department should strengthen the management of radiology nursing,and radiology department does the learning theory and first-aid skills training and assessment.关键词
