Abstract
Objective:To observe the changes of pregnant women blood indexes of diabetes and pregnancy outcome. Method:From June 2011 to November 2012 163 cases in the hospital inspection and delivery of all gestational diabetes mellitus(gestational diabetes mellitus group)were selected, the other in our hospital were randomly selected and examined and delivery of 163 normal pregnant women(OGTT test negative)as control group, comparative analysis of two groups of pregnant women blood indexes and pregnancy outcome.Result:The blood index of follow-up of 326 cases of pregnant women and pregnancy outcome in gestational diabetes mellitus group,TG,ALT,neonatal birth weight,the incidence of preeclampsia was higher than normal pregnant women group(P<0.05).Normal pregnancy group was higher than that of incidence of anemia in pregnant women with gestational diabetes group(P<0.05).Blood cholesterol,uric acid,GPT and childbirth,pregnancy induced hypertension,the number of weeks gestational impaired liver function,placental dysfunction,premature rupture of membranes,neonatal asphyxia,premature birth,congenital heart disease,pregnancy with thrombocytopenia in the two groups had no show significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Gestational diabetes have effect on pregnant women and pregnancy outcome of pregnancy,should strengthen education and diet nutrition guidance of diabetes,gestational diabetes mellitus pregnant women should be strict control of blood glucose,improve the pregnancy outcome.关键词
