2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死中医体质特点分析*
The Characteristics of Chinese Medicine Constitution of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationship between type 2 diabetes mellitus in patients with acute cerebral infarction and laboratory medicine physical characteristics. Method:By epidemiological research methods,the questionnaire on 287 type 2 diabetes patients with acute cerebral infarction was made to analyze the physical distribution characteristics,measure the patients’height,weight,waist circumference,arm circumference, calculate body mass index,and waist arm ratio,and meanwhile test simultaneous detection of blood lipids and homocysteine. To explore the correlation between different physical characteristics and type 2 diabetes risk factors in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Result:The main physical type of type 2 diabetes patients with acute cerebral infarction was blood stasis(31.71%),followed by the phlegm(14.98%),damp mass(12.20%),qi deficiency (10.80%),female virtual mass(9.41%),yang quality(7.67%),qi quality(6.27%),gentleness(3.83%),special intrinsic quality(3.14%), blood stasis and other type physique,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). And,constitution homocysteine level of blood stasis was higher compared to the other body types,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Mass index,waist-hip ratio the highest level in blood,the phlegm constitution cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein level of the phlegm physical type of body was higher,compared with other body types, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The main physical of type 2 diabetes patients with acute cerebral infarction is blood stasis,and there is certain relevance between different body types and risk factors.关键词
