复方丹参片联合舒血宁注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果观察

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of compound danshen tablet combined with Shuxuening injection in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Method:The clinical data of 88 cases of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease patients in our hospital were taken for retrospective analysis.According to treatment methods,they were divided into the treatment group and the control group,and 50 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with compound danshen tablet combined with Shuxuening injection treatment,and the control group were only treated with compound salvia miltiorrhiza.The clinical efficacy and changes of blood index before and after treatment in patients of the two groups were taken for comparison.Result:The efficiency rate of the treatment group was 94%after treatment,significantly higher than the control group of 78%(P<0.05).The TG,TC,LDL-C showed no significant difference in two groups before and after treatment.The TG of the treatment group after treatment was(1.67±0.31)mmol/L,TC(4.46 ±0.52)mmol/L,and LDL-C(2.72± 0.53)mmol/L were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference were statistically significant between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The compound danshen tablet combined with Shuxuening injection in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease can significantly improve the blood viscosity, and the clinical effect is curative.关键词
