Abstract
Objective:To observe and compare the clinical efficacy and safety of sulfasalazine mesalazine pyridine treatment of ulcerative colitis. Method:Extract May 2008-March 2013 in our hospital 50 cases of ulcerative colitis patients with clinical data,including 25 cases of the use of mesalazine treatment as the observation group. Another 25 cases of pyridine used sulfasalazine treatment as control group. After comparing two groups with diarrhea,abdominal pain,bloody mucus and other clinical symptoms,evaluate and compare the two groups after treatment clinical total effective, observe and compare the two groups during treatment adverse events. Result:After treatment,both groups rated diarrhea,abdominal pain score,bloody mucus scores were better than before the treatment,the comparison result was statistically significant(P<0.05);comparison between the two groups,the observation group’s,after treatment,diarrhea score,abdominal pain score,bloody mucus scores were better than those of control group after treatment, the degree of improvement of clinical symptoms observed group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the total effective rate was 84.00%(21/25)in the control group,the total effective rate was 68.00%(17/25)in the observation group,the results were statistically significant(P<0.05);treatment group was observed that the complication rate was 12%(3/25)and control group complication rate was 48.00%(12/25),the results were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Mesalazine and sulfasalazine pyridine can significantly improve the treatment of ulcerative colitis in patients with clinical symptoms,but mesalazine efficient and more secure,more significant improvement in clinical symptoms,it may be preferred be used.关键词
