Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of irrigation fluid at core temperature on postoperative bleeding and bladder spasm in patients after transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP).Method:150 cases of patients after TURP were randomly divided into experimental and control groups (75 cases for each group).The experimental group was given continuous bladder irrigation with core temperature irrigation fluid,and the control group was given room temperature irrigation fluid.The incidence of bladder spasm,bladder spasticity and bladder irrigation fluid volume were observed in both groups.Result:The incidence of bladder spasm and bladder spasticity were significant fewer in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05);the total volume of irrigation fluid were significant fewer in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Core temperature irrigation fluid can effectively reduce postoperative bleeding and lower the incidence of cystospasm in patients after TURP.关键词
