胰腺假性囊肿腹腔镜手术治疗的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of pancreatic pseudocyst. Method:40 cases pancreatic pseudocyst were collected. They were randomly divided into treatment group(16 cases)and control group(24 cases). The treatment group was treated by laparoscopic operation,the control group was treated with open operation,to compare the effect between the two groups. Result:The recurrence rate and cure rate of the treatment group was 83.3%and 16.7%,the control group was 78.6%and 21.4%,there was no significant difference found between the two groups(P>0.05). The operation time,bleeding volume,length of hospital stay and recovery time of the treatment group was shorter than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Laparoscopy is a safe,reliable and minimally invasive technique for the treatment of pancreatic pseudocyst,short operation time,less bleeding,fewer complications,faster postoperative recovery,and is worthy of promotion.关键词
