疏血通联合阿司匹林治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床观察
The Clinical Efficacy of Shuxuetong Combined with Aspirin in Treatment of Ischemic Stroke

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shuxuetong combined with aspirin in treatment of ischemic stroke. Method:166 cases with ischemic stroke were divided into two groups in accordance with the order of admission,and the treatment group(84 cases)was given Shuxuetong injection combined with aspirin while the control group(82 cases)received Xueshuantong injection combined with aspirin. All of the patients were treated for 14 days.The clinical effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.3%,which was significantly higher than 72.0%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions of the groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion:Shuxuetong combined with aspirin in treatment of ischemic stroke has curative effect,and it has few adverse reactions,which should be widely applied in clinical.关键词
