Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of psychological nursing on senile primary hypertension treatment effect. Method:Patients were given routine drug treatment and nursing,the research group on the basis of psychological intervention,antihypertensive effect. To compare compliance and anxiety score of the two groups after drug treatment. Result:Through psychological nursing,medication compliance of patients with antihypertensive effect,were better than the control group;SAS score was lower than that of the control group. The total effective rate reached 93.33%. Conclusion:Effective nursing intervention can improve the treatment compliance of elderly patients with primary hypertension patients,avoid the influence of negative mental state,a certain extent increase the efficacy of drug treatment,the therapeutic effect of the mentioned in general. Psychological nursing is worthy of popularization.关键词
