摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the treatment effect of amiodarone combined with metoprolol intravenous applied to tachyarrhythmia.Method:86 cases of patients with tachyarrhythmias were selected randomly in our hospital from May 2010 to May 2012 as subjects,they were divided into the treatment group and the control group.53 patients of the treatment group were given amiodarone combined with metoprolol heal;33 patients of the control group were given metoprolol treatment.Result:The ECG results of the premature beats of patients from the treatment group was improved better after treatment,compared with the control group.The efficient rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than the control group,there were statistically significant differences between the group.Conclusion:Amiodarone combined with metoprolol intravenous injection is effective in the treatment of tachyarrhythmias.关键词
