老老年消化道出血临床特征分析

Abstract
Objective:To examine clinical profiles of gastrointestinal bleeding in the very elderly.Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted in 57 patients over 75 years old hospitalized for gastrointestinal bleeding.Result:The main causes of upper gastrointestinal bleeding were peptic ulcer (52%,13/25),gastroesophageal varices(20%,5/25),gastric carcinoma(12%,3/25),gastroduodenal mucosal erosion and esophagitis(8%, 2/25). Conclusion:Gastrointestinal bleeding in the very elderly is mostly caused by carcinoma in the digestive tract,followed by peptic ulcer and gastroesophageal varices.关键词
