重型颅脑外伤术后高压氧的临床治疗分析

Abstract
Objective:To study the surgical treatment of severe traumatic brain injury patients,then studied in the clinical effect of the implementation of treatment after the application of high-pressure oxygen therapy program.Method:Extraction of 90 patients who underwented surgical treatment of severe traumatic brain injury patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,45 cases in each group.The conventional treatment of traumatic brain injury program to control group patients in the postoperative treatment;conventional methods based on the use of hyperbaric oxygen technology after implementation of the treatment of patients in the treatment group.Result:Patients with traumatic brain injury illness treatmented effect in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group;motor function before and after treatment,and the ability to live score improvement was significantly greater than the control group;traumatic brain injury disease control time and postoperative stay in hospital for treatment time was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high-pressure oxygen therapy program accepted surgical treatment of severe traumatic brain injury patients after surgery,the treatment of clinical effect is very obvious.关键词
