摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of candesartan combined with benazepril to treat hypertension and improve the lipids. Method:118 cases of patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,the control group was given benazepril treatment,the experimental group was given plus candesartan treatment on the basis of the control group,antihypertensive effect of alterations in lipids, and adverse reactions were compared.Result:Before and after treatment systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,pulse pressure,blood lipid indexes were significantly lower,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,the results were statistically significant(P<0.05). Two sets of buck efficiency of 93.2%and 81.4%respectively,results were statistically significant(P<0.05).And the experimental group less adverse reactions,gradually recovered after discontinuation.Conclusion:Candesartan combined with benazepril treat hypertension with good efficacy,little adverse reactions,and can significantly improve the lipids,worthy of promotion.关键词
