心理护理干预在肝胆外科中的应用效果分析

Abstract
Objective:To observe the applicative effects of psychological nursing intervention on hepatobiliary surgery.Method:120 cases of patients who had been treated in our hospital from January 2010 to February 2013 for selective operation were selected as research objects,and they were divided into care group and control group by randomly.The control groupwas given routine nursing,including preoperative preparation and postoperative care.On the basis of these,the care group was given psychological nursing intervention and postoperative complications and mental emotion of patients were recorded.Result:The variations in index of incision soreness,discomfort due to urinary catheter,drainage tube containing,worry about prognosis and economic conditions of two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).The care group was significantly better than control group.While in the aspect of sleep disorder,the variation had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing can reduce patients’unhealthy emotions, like fear,anxiety. It is worthy of application and promotion in nursing work.关键词
