摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of individualized nursing intervention on the treatment adherence of patients with nephrotic syndrome. Method:To assess the patient’s awareness level of knowledge of the disease for patients with different circumstances and needs of the development of personalized care interventions by asking,understanding the patient’s medical history,general information,education level,family economic status and social support situation. Assess the situation on admission were compared to evaluate the effect of individualized nursing intervention by recording personalized nursing intervention in patients with a variety of situations. Result:A comparison of intervention group and the control group compared treatment adherence,the intervention group was better than the control group(P<0.05);A comparison of intervention compared before and after treatment compliance,after the intervention was better than before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized nursing intervention can improve the treatment adherence in patients with nephrotic syndrome,the disease has been effectively controlled,the quality of life also get very good improved.关键词
