腹泻患儿应用综合护理措施的效果观察

Abstract
Objective:To study the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in children with diarrhea.Method:98 patients were randomly divided into two groups,namely the control group and the experimental group,and 49 cases in each group. The control group was received routine nursing care,and the experimental group was taken with comprehensive care on the basis of the control group. The treatment efficiency rate,the occurrence of red buttock and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared. Result:The total efficiency rate in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the occurrence of red buttock in the experimental group was less than that of the control group,the hospitalization time was less than the control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening the comprehensive nursing intervention for children with diarrhea can improve the clinical efficacy and accelerate rehabilitation.关键词
